Katie is usually where a Right Hand Band engagement begins.
She works with business owners and their teams to understand how the business really operates: asking the right questions, drawing out what’s sitting in people’s heads and making sense of the processes, roles, systems and information that have evolved as the business has grown.
Katie has a knack for taking a lot of complex information and turning it into something structured, clear and actionable. She sees both the big picture and the detail, helping businesses step back from the day-to-day and see what’s working, what’s getting in the way and where the real opportunities for improvement lie.
Her background spans project management, business operations, systems and process improvement, with experience working across businesses and organisations at very different stages of growth and change. She brings structure and rigour to the work, but keeps the approach practical, collaborative and grounded in how the business actually operates.
Most importantly, Katie doesn’t arrive with a predetermined answer.
She starts by understanding the business…. because the best improvements come from solving the right problem first.
Andres
Implement. Improve. Keep it moving.
With a background spanning engineering, finance, systems and business improvement, Andres likes turning an identified opportunity into something that actually works in practice.
He works alongside client teams to implement improvements, lead systems and workflow changes and keep continuous improvement projects moving.
Where Katie will often help uncover and define what needs to change, Andres is particularly skilled at bringing it to life: working through the detail, solving the practical problems and helping embed the change into day-to-day operations.
And yes, the same philosophy applies to his shed.
